The Challenge

Retail enterprises running fragmented SAP landscapes with ECC 6.0 and multiple bolt-on systems face escalating maintenance costs, degrading performance, and inability to support real-time omnichannel capabilities. This demonstration showcases how TICS delivers BTP migration and extension development using AI-accelerated development.

Our Approach

TICS applies the BMAD methodology with Claude agents handling the bulk of code generation, integration flow design, and testing. The AI agent analyzes existing custom code, recommends clean core approaches, generates SAP CAP and RAP code, and produces comprehensive documentation — all reviewed and validated by our founder for quality assurance.

The Solution

The solution migrates integration landscapes from SAP PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite on BTP, consolidates point-to-point interfaces into standardized integration flows, and builds BTP-native extensions using SAP CAP for scenarios like customer loyalty, dynamic pricing, and demand sensing. Custom ABAP code is assessed and refactored for S/4HANA compatibility with AI assistance.
