Our Approach

Using the BMAD methodology, we designed an AI-driven O2C pipeline that combines SAP S/4HANA process optimization with n8n workflow automation and Claude AI-powered exception handling. The Build phase creates the core automation flows, the Measure phase validates throughput and accuracy, the Adapt phase fine-tunes AI decision boundaries, and the Deploy phase delivers a production-ready solution.

The Solution

The solution includes automated sales order creation from EDI and portal inputs with AI-powered validation, real-time credit checks with automated hold/release workflows, and Claude-based intelligent document processing that extracts data from unstructured invoices, performs three-way matching against POs and goods receipts in SAP, and auto-posts clean invoices while routing exceptions with AI-generated resolution suggestions.
